Job Description
- Lead compensation strategy formulation in alignment with company strategy and business goals
- Develop C&B policies and procedures
- Lead budgeting activities for all C&B items
- Ensure Compensation practices are in line with legislations
- Lead job evaluation and classification of any new job based on company policy and grading structure
- Design compensation packages that motivates and engages employees
- Participate in salary surveys and keep eye on market trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Monitor monthly actual implementation versus budgets
- Monitor payroll team in implementing monthly payroll and review for release
- Ensure salary payments on time through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead job offers issuance in coordination with talent acquisition team
- Ensure delivery of satisfactory medical service in cost efficient manner
- Ensure proper communication of C&B policies & packages to all stakeholders
Job Requirements
Education & Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree (preferably BA, economics, political science)
- C&B studies (plus)
- Good experience in job evaluation practices
