Job Description
The position is for a head of design office which will be will be exclusively for electronics engineering
- Product design Manager will then recruit electronics design engineers of various disciplines including hardware, firmware and software
- All recruitment is with people from Alexandria
- Very strict probation protocol.
- Each newly employed engineer is immediately allocated a simple and small project and if not perfect result then let go
- Product Design Manager should have proven track record in project management and delivery.
- Product Design Manager will be required to travel regularly to the UK and therefore his employment is conditional on being able to attain a Uk visa
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in management of complex teams not less than 20
- University degree
- Technical background but not necessarily electronics (and may be better not), maybe Electrical or product engineering, etc.
- Proven track record in Project Management
- To live in Alexandria and be based in SGM
- Able to travel to the UK at short notice
- Excellent command of English Language
- Very good communicator
- Sollatek Product Design Manager will reside in SGM (Alexandria)
