About the Job
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Responsible for following up with the monthly target.
  • Monitor and know the competitors in the market.
  • Responsible for reporting needed reports to Store manager.
  • Communicates through sending and receiving emails along with follows up when needed.
  • Responsibility of maintaining store policies and procedures are followed, as well as planning, organizing, and delegating work tasks among staff.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all sales departments including execution of merchandising floor plans, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing markdown compliance.
  • Responsible for the staff motivating and training.
  • Must solve problems, manage the workforce and time wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
  • Maximize sales and measure team performance according to annual budget on weekly/monthly bases.
  • Arrange floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays and presentations, exercising judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
  • Facilitate proper communication between store functional heads and store manager about comparative shopping analyses, fast and slow selling classifications and styles, planning and adjusting stock levels, and customer requests.
  • Communicates in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to supervisors and associates.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in household products Retail Field at least 5 years.
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellence of managing problem solving and lack of resources.
  • To provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to workforce.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Got Training in Sales Skills and Communication Skills and after sales Skills.
