Duties and responsibilities :
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Track metrics on audience, content, views, and competitors.
- Work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
- Develop outreach and partner programs with relevant individuals and communities.
- Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling.
- Assist with crisis and negative news communications.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

- Have 2-3 years experience working in social media with proven talent and success at creating social content and social calendars that increase engagement.
- Be fluent in the ways of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms and be able to write copy as sharp as the visuals created.
- Understand how to use data to measure success and are familiar with analytics, Facebook insights, Twitter analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Proven previous experience in creating and developing social media strategy.
- Experience with responding to customer comments, postings, and create engagement waves on social platforms.
- Having exceptional writing skills and ability to create and produce unique content Along with creating editorial content, calendars, and schedules.
- Be able to create and do presentations to customers or teammates.
- Experience with responding to customer comments, postings, or forums.
- Be able to manage quick turnaround requests and longer term projects with panache.
- Manage their own workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
