Job Description

  • Build and execute digital strategy through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification.
  • Developing the Digital strategy, Market approach, packaging of products, Bundles, commissions, revenue shares, and Pricing of services.
  • Develop new digital opportunities to insure local and regional expansion.
  • Prioritize and analyse market trends, needs, new technologies, opportunities and competition for future product development and service enhancements.
  • Assist in producing digital new concept and ideas
  • Manage and plan upcoming events according to the calendar
  • Develop unique digital strategy that can be applied across multiple digital channels.
  • Crafting digital marketing strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics leveraged to achieve these strategies.
  • Validate and drive all Digital operations opportunities  
  • Acts as social media community manager across social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+) 
  • Analyze the latest digital marketing developments, monitors competitive landscape and consumer behaviors in order to understand current and future trends.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content for multiple social media platforms.
  • Manage and collaborate with clients on digital research projects from start to finish.
  • Provide clear specifications for actionable relevant research to the Client Servicing team and client.
  • Collaborate with other departments (CRM, Marketing & sales) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Develop/maintain strong solid relationships with the client
  • Operate as the single point of contact and handling all clients’ requests.
  • Leverage knowledge & experience to design key digital operations solutions which best meet the client's business needs.
  • Analyzing performance of social marketing programs by reviewing campaign results, and gathers insights to optimize interactions with consumers.
  • Design the necessary monthly & quarterly reports necessary for monitoring the products progress.
  • Conduct full insight reports to monitor & effectively manage products.
  • Interact with partners reports to ensure reports are produced and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Conduct on-going revenue and product analysis in order to enhance revenue generation.

Job Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office & Internet.
  • Good Knowledge of Content Creation and Social media and digital media  
  • Good Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Project management
  • Team Player & Creative
  • 4 – 6 experience.
