Job Description
- Handling the vacations, absence, attendance and other types of leaves ensuring their updating on ITIDA Portal (intranet).
- Handling the Administrative issues of TIEC HR.
- Prepare new comers documentation & employment procedures with OUDA.
- Assist with new employee orientation, process personnel actions.
- Prepares letters, memos, routine reports, and other correspondence and documents.
- Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
- Act as the link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the Center objectives.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of the Center.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the HR field.
- B.Sc. degree from reputable university.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good command of English and Arabic language in writing, speaking and listening.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Creative thinker and excellent team player.
- Initiative and possess good negotiation & problem solving skills.
- Active listener, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Possess critical thinking approaches, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Strong decision-making skills, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
