- Follow the company's policy in accordance with administrative instructions following up on work results
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses
- Regulate the relationship between customers and staff
- Preserve the assets of the branch
- Decrease the labor turnover rate and ensure stability rates are increasing
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends , Customer’s needs , profits , ETC..
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (Complaints , Grievances, etc)

- Proven successful experience as a store manager
