Job Description
- Finalization of monthly figures and updating of accruals and estimates
- Assist in preparation of budget
- Updates of commission and local charges
- Control of fixed asset, prepayments, accruals, other debtors/creditors etc
- Control of postings and vouchers to ensure all vouchers posted correctly and are correctly authorized
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing monthly or quarterly checks for Governmental institutions (Taxes, Social Insurance,...)
- Ensure all statutory deadlines for taxes etc. are complied with
- Pro-actively making suggestions for improvements in procedures
- Preparing daily entries
- Handling cash transaction (company treasury)
- Preparing collection status report
Job Requirements
- Mortgage experience is preferable
