Job Description
- Can type Arabic easily on keyboard.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Dealing with post.
- Photocopying and printing.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Preparing, managing, Drafting and formatting of office correspondence, memos and forms.
- Assist partners with all related secretarial work.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Assist the filing department with filling and archiving where appropriate.
