Job Description
- Fulfilling the purchasing needs at Hikma Egypt by following through the purchasing process from obtaining the approval on purchase request (PRs), issuing subsequent purchase orders (Pos) until the transaction is completed, in addition to ensuring that the specifications of the purchased items match those specified in the PO
- Analyzing and studying monthly and weekly purchasing plans in order to establish the POs.
- Following up on all purchases from the PO placement until the delivery.
- Following up on the delivery status of placed POs to ensure timely delivery, avoid shortages, and address any issues that may arise promptly.
- Prepare all required documents for customs clearance.
- Follow up with clearance agency the status of clearance procedures.
- Stamp invoices of import/export products from relevant authorities. Select the suitable shipping agent according to the quality of service and the best rate price .
- Updating the SAP system with the necessary transactions.
Job Requirements
- Education: - B.A. degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Skills: Purchasing Management, Vendor Management, Good communication skills with English language.
