Job Description
- Implement innovative digital solutions for existing/new clients.
- Provide research and analytical support related to operational feasibility and international trends by clients’ problems/requirements definition, proposed solution and solution development.
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely manner.
- Recognize projects' issues and elevates them to the appropriate project team members with suggested, well-thought out solutions.
- Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes and provide comments on design aspects.
- Implement small sets of new functionality for current projects
- Participate in projects definition activities including feature analysis
- Responsible for processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the director
- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports and urgent inquiries
- Working closely with management team on evaluating current products and making decisions on future development
- Demonstrated ability to use standard computing tools: Word processor, spreadsheet and email
- Prepare reports setting forth progress and recommendations or conclusions
- Test installation and compatibility issues, install a full version and carry out final checks before going live.
Job Requirements
- GUC graduated is a must
- Previous experience in software engineering 0 to 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of PHP MVC frameworks (Kohana preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of standards-compliant HTML, CSS and JS (including jQuery)
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5
- Familiarity with ad server management and maintenance (OpenX preferred)
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with security and encryption
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
