Job Description
- Handle customer's inquiry, complaint, or problem.
- Receive the order from customers and forward it to suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers.
- Contact the courier company.
- Follow up with couriers and make sure the order is received by the customer.

- Search for new ideas to add to the website and others.
- Responsible for all related correspondences.
- Handle project operation.
- Other assigned tasks from the project manager.
