Job Description
- Manage the entire cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Manage the logistics and operations needed by clients.
- Directly supervise a team of labor.
- Find new opportunities through networking and meetings and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Provide professional client support to enhance client dedication.
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their need.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of contracts and data.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations,logistics or sales.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
