Job Description
- Participate in creating & developing business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Working on monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Generating leads and following up on existing lead.
- Converting leads to opportunities.
- Drafting pitches for potential clients to attract new projects.
- Refining the business development and sales processes.
- Working with the account management team to investigate new opportunities with existing clients.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in business development (advertising field preferred).
- Bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing and/or Mass communication.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Arabic).
- Clear understanding of the services of marketing.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Self motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skill.
- Ability to build rapport.
