Job Description

  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Approve all contracts and related forms signed by sales people
  • Keep records of sales associates' productivity
  • Work with sales people to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
  • Resolve disputes among sales people
  • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
  • Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions.
  • Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.

Job Requirements

  • From 5-7 years' experience
  • Candidates Must have real estate experience
  • Leadership skills are required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
  • Very good negotiating and selling skills
  • Strong motivation skills
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making skill
