- Provides strategic consulting in all aspects related to training and/or technical training for organization-wide initiatives and projects.
- Initiates Business process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develops Business by making initial presentation; explaining products and services; introducing new products and services
- Closes sales cycle by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or training (preferable training field).
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- The ability to multi-task, manage work under pressure to complete work accurately and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Ability to make recommendations for change/improvement
