Job Description

  • Identify and exploit new opportunities for revenue
  • Generates new clients by exercising win-win techniques and building trustful and credible relations with them.
  • Negotiates the sales leads with the customer in order to reach agreement on the price and the payment terms.
  • Prepares monthly reports measuring his team and customers performance, market trend changes.
  • Responsible for implementing sales plan.
  • Following the contracts and payments.

  • From 2 to 5 years of experience, 2 of them as a team leader in a reputable real estate agency.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A proven track record of sales generated
  • Ability to build and manage a team of property consultants.
  • All applicants Must own a car.
