Job Description
- Maintaining all the current applications and develop new application as needed
- Marinating the DB’s and applications servers
- Develop all needed tools and applications
- Working as 1st line support
- Using object oriented Programming languages, especially .NET.
- Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope -Participate in the development and the maintenance of our applications, using Microsoft SQL Server and Windows / Web / Office / IVR User Interface.
- Good Knowledge of Applications Analysis & Design
- Good Knowledge of problem solving skills.
- Good Knowledge of databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Respond to users Tickets and request.
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines.
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed.
- Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed. Requirements Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines.
Job Requirements
- MCDBA is an advantage
- MTA is a must.
