Job Description
- Follow up and evaluate his / her team performance and continuously work on developing their performance.
- Supervise the training of new members and evaluate their performance.
- Coordinate the work shifts between his / her team members to ensure branch proper performance and send monthly schedule.
- Meet with his / her team after each monthly branch managers meeting to communicate the important points.
- Review and approve the monthly branch requirements to be sent to the store's supervisor.
- Review the expiry date of the items received from the inventory and substitute them by other items as per quality regulations.
- Follow up the house calls book and communicate with those patients and make sure that all house calls are recorded on the LDM.
- Review and sign the results and make sure that the patients receive their results on time.
- Review the daily income, revenues, changes and credit through the LDM and make sure that it is sent to the financial department.
- Make cancellations, discounts and re and follow them up through the LDM.
- Continuously visit class "A" physicians and entities to take feedback about the common work between them and Royal Lab and solve any problems that may raise.
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience
- Maximum age 40 years
- Clinical Pathology, Vet, or Business (With Marketing Experience) Graduates.
