Job Description

  • Providing day to day Membership administrative support.
  • Handling correspondents (phone calls,emails and faxes).
  • Coordinating the shipments with the courier.
  • Meeting & greeting customers .
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, filing and distributing pouches.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
  • Follow up with concerned department on projects and inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce.
  • 1-2 year of experience in Administration.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent in MS office tools
  • Punctual & Accurate.
  • Organized & presentable.
  • Female.
