Production Specialist - Pharmaceutical

Documentation:

• Oversee the receipt of the reviewed batch record (by Production Manager) from associate administration BR
• Send request for chemical analysis to the Quality assurance department.
• Fulfill BR steps accurately and on site.
• Check on Identification labels, Machines log book, temperature, and humidity records.

Technical Support:

• Report the need for unplanned maintenance of machinery during operation by using the reporting form for failure.
• Implement the on job training within his section.
• Report any faults in the infrastructure (walls, ceiling and floor) to maintenance department.

Management:

• Check on the dispensing of raw materials of a certain batch from raw materials
• warehouse after confirmation of the release of all raw materials and follows-up the transfer to the production hall with the implementation of all the instructions for circulation, prevention of cross contamination & line clearance.
• Follow up the cleaning & setting up of the processing line with the Production Technician in accordance with the instructions of the operation and cleaning of machines.
• Check up the preparation steps and the environmental conditions listed on the Batch record.
• Follow the startup of filling and packaging operations with production technician and packaging supervisor and maintenance if needed
• Follow up the reconciliation and delivery of overstocks after distinguishing by card (HOLD) until quality approval to deal with it in accordance with the instructions of the rework, while maintaining the percentage of waste of the batches.
• Evaluate subordinates on a monthly basis (production UGR-technician)
• Enter production steps on daily basis on the Oracle data base.
• Ensure the use of personal protection equipment, follow-up attendance, and departure of employees, as well as uniform.
