Job Description
- Presents Trampoline nursery in the most positive way.
- Values all children as individuals.
- Attends staff meetings.
- Handles all phone calls.
- Handling Parents’ Complaints.
- All professional secretarial duties (Typing, filing, and word processing).
- Ensure proper and accurate filing consistently.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, receive visitors, screen calls and emails, and answer routine inquiries related to the premises.
- Faxing, scanning and coping any documents to be requested from the admission offices (Managing Director, Ex. Manager & Finance).
- Arranging the Manager’s calendar and fixing important appointments and meetings.
- Handling minutes of meetings.
- Contacting any candidates while the recruiting process.
- Handling the registration process for the new comers and make sure that all the required documents are attached.
- Maintains any updates for the phone list of the students and the whole staff members as well.
- Deals directly with the parents either by telephones, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to their inquires if possible.
- Any paper slips should be revised by the management first before printing and then to be distributed to the class rooms. Paper slips should be given to the class teacher.
- Make sure about the right person who will pick up the assigned child and if not ask for the required password for him/her.
- Participate in preparations & arrangements required for special events and exhibitions.
- The meal menu should be sent on a weekly basis (each Thursday )
