About the Job
  • As a customer care agent, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the service level we provide to our clients.
  • You will also have access to all of our communication tools with our clients to be utilized in the best way possible that strengthens and enhances our relationship with them.
  • Our team is our asset, and we're looking for team players (entry level) who are always up for new challenges and are willing to work in a dynamic working environment.
Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Customer service background is preferable (preferred 1-2 years of experience)
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and outlook)
  • Extensive MS Excel skills is a plus
