Job Description
- Searching and hunting for new clients who could benefit from our properties.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer needs and budget.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Making powerful presentations and demonstrating how our properties fully fill client needs (corporates/individuals).
- Providing pre-sales support and activities.
- Conduct outdoor visits with clients.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Participate in exhibitions and any real estate events.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
