Job Description
- Remote support on answering calls on hotline number.
- Working on Service Desk HP Service Manager as A-level support.
- Open / Escalate / Solve tickets on Service Desk.
- Basic IT Support knowledge on Hardware, MS, Apple, etc.
- Excellent/Professional communication skills in handling calls
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering (Communication and Computer Sciences) or equivalent.
- Familiar with Microsoft products, office application, Antivirus.
- PC Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Good to have the following courses (CCNA, A+, MCSA or MCSE)
- Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
- Ability to work under pressure
