Job Description
- Implement Quality Management system as per ISO 9001:2008
- Manage and maintain databases for the quality system and prepare/assist in preparation of annual reports and quality trending
- Report the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and activities and participate in improvement
- Participate in the evaluation of quality events, incidents and possible complaints and the follow-up activities in related
- Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance
- Work with staff to establish procedures and well-defined
- Assist in determining training
- Act as a catalyst for change within the company so that new methods of working are
- Record, analyze and distribute statistical
- Assess customer requirements and ensure that these are
- Meet with middle management and respond to staff needing assistance with their quality control
- Create, review or revise policies that affect processes in a working
- Conduct audits on the level of the companies owned by funds (according to ownership percentage).
- Develop required method statements, procedures and quality control
- Ensure required process control inspections are planned, conducted and recorded.
- Maintain non-conformance and preventative action processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a business or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the quality
- Knowledge of ISO regulations and preferably quality internal audit
- Pro-active, innovative thinker, organized and goal
- Good computer Skills
- Proficient in English & Arabic languages.
