Job Description

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment process.
  • Develop job postings, including conducting background research.
  • Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test And interviews.
  • Prepare recruitment plans.
  • Ensure that vacancies filled in accordance with agreed deadlines and budgets. •Take part in interview process related to senior, supervisory and managerial levels
  • Manage the good keeping of recruitment records.
  • Obtain references for the selected employees.
  • Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees.
  • Represent accurate and timely reporting cost analysis of recruitment campaigns and Monthly reports of recruitment performance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization. Supervise Technical training for staff.
  • Prepare and implement training budget.
  • Prepare monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and analytical reports.

Job Requirements

  • Education / degree : Bachelor Degree ( Business Administration is preferable)
  • HR Diploma is a must; MBA is preferred.
  • Experience : 12 Years; 6-8 years' extensive experience in recruitment & training field. Previous experience in blue collars calibers, and agri industry is highly preferred
  • Age : Not more than 35
  • Languages : Very Good in English
  • Computer skills: Ms office applications, internet
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  • Smart and pleasing personality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
