Job Description
- Managing the full end to end recruitment process.
- Develop job postings, including conducting background research.
- Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test And interviews.
- Prepare recruitment plans.
- Ensure that vacancies filled in accordance with agreed deadlines and budgets. •Take part in interview process related to senior, supervisory and managerial levels
- Manage the good keeping of recruitment records.
- Obtain references for the selected employees.
- Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees.
- Represent accurate and timely reporting cost analysis of recruitment campaigns and Monthly reports of recruitment performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization. Supervise Technical training for staff.
- Prepare and implement training budget.
- Prepare monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and analytical reports.
Job Requirements
- Education / degree : Bachelor Degree ( Business Administration is preferable)
- HR Diploma is a must; MBA is preferred.
- Experience : 12 Years; 6-8 years' extensive experience in recruitment & training field. Previous experience in blue collars calibers, and agri industry is highly preferred
- Age : Not more than 35
- Languages : Very Good in English
- Computer skills: Ms office applications, internet
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Smart and pleasing personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
