Job Description

About the Job :

  • Answer courteously inbound calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.

Working Conditions :

  • Transportation
  • 2 days off per week
  • 8 Hrs. per shift within 1 Hour. break
  • Social. Medical and life insurance 
  • Workplace:October City - Cairo
  • Rotational shifts  

Job Requirements

  • Good English
  • Graduates only
  • Military service exempted or postpone
