Job Description

  • Call all the reps. to register their Market visits on the system.
  • Calling customers to make confirmation regarding receiving the grantee certificate.
  • Receiving calls from customers and handling their complains and inquires.
  • Handling Customer Complains and report them to the CS Manager.
