- Handle Rec. process from filtering , screening till hiring.
- Responsible for preparing backup according to the hiring plan and the hiring requests.
- Responsible for collecting, filtering resumes.
- Responsible for updating manpower, headcount regarding resignations and recruiting.
- Conducting monthly Salaries & Attendance.
- Design job analysis and job description for all position.
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
- Looking after the medical insurance and health process of employee's.
- Handles HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance, evaluations.
