As Brand Marketing team lead, you will lead a team of creative content and copywriters, and strategists to create high-traffic content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects. You will support marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, community management, and channels/verticals. You will craft and maintain the company brand, including messages, tone, voice, and public and analyst relations and will work with the art production team lead to craft and maintain brand design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of content strategists and producers to create regular content to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.).
  • Own brand’s content positioning and messaging.
  • Build the brand through exceptional creative, by nurturing relationships with influencers, and media.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our message, brand, and content through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking.
  • Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind our company’s brand and brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, thought leaders and media in the industry.
  • Develop with the team creative campaigns across different marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing stakeholders needs are met.
  • Manage and create company and product profiles and presentations and all needed sales collateral.
  • Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing.
  • Manage content creation agencies and freelancers.
  • Liaising with different entities including Press and PR Agencies to ensure effective communication through the different press media.
  • Together with the art team, Provide creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects.
  • Grow the team through hiring and training.

Day-to-day Duties:

  • Lead the team to ensure marketing needs are met.
  • Create regular content to be marketed through our channels
  • Ensure consistency our company’s brand and brand guidelines.
  • Track the performance and result of the content strategy

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Proven and visible marketing experience, with knowledge of creating content for the web across several disciplines and media
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in creating content for blogs, emails, websites, and strong understanding of SEO.
  • Driven by creative intuition but able to gut check and course-correct with data, as well as report results and optimize using data.
  • Startup mentality with a strong level of independence and efficiency
