Job Description
- Creating Maintenance Department from scratch .
- Responsible for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good operating condition so that the company can meet its distribution objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Responsible for registering and licensing each vehicle, and ensuring that licenses are always up to date.
- They maintain vehicle service and inspection records to ensure compliance with manufacturers' servicing schedules or leasing companies’ maintenance requirements.
- Responsible of maintain vehicles in peak operating condition, and set up scheduling program
- Responsible of using fleet management software to automate the collection and recording of data that enables them to monitor vehicle performance and cost-sand analyze the data to identify patterns and take remedial action to reduce costs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years Experience in Diesel engines.
- Bachelor Degree of engineering
- Ability to lead and train drivers.
- Strong personality .
- A creative approach to problem solving.
- The ability to work within cost constraints.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
