Job Description
- Set recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and initiate new sources for candidates recruitment.
- Conduct HR interviews
- Interview and select employees Negotiate, prepare and send offer packages.
- Assist with Social media management for all Blue Rock online platforms
- Update sales consultant with new projects availability, and updates from developers.
Job Requirements
- BS degree

- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft applications.
- Highly committed and enthusiastic towards work, team worker and quick learner.
- Positive attitude, with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English
