Job Description
- Ability to analyze and search for complete data about different companies
- Ability to open and negotiate contracts in Egypt and Arabian Gulf
- Prepare and review different types of contracts
- Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with companies
- Handle and prepare related correspondence with companies
- Arrange for new contracts/agreements with qualified contractors for service needed by Company
- Negotiate the terms of such contracts and obtain the most favorable conditions to the Company
- Ensure proper evaluation & registration of all related documents
