- Install and configure Grandstream products and solutions (IPPBX, IP Phones, VoIP Gateways, Video Phones, Video and auto conferences)
- Configure (FXO/FXS Gateway, IPPBX, Trunks, IVR, Call Queues, Inbound routes, outbound routes and more)
- Troubleshooting for Grandstream products and solutions
Job Requirements
- Knowledge about Asterisk Communication system
- VoIP concept and knowledge
- Networks (IPs, Subletting, Cabling, Termination and testing)
