Job Description
- Performs detailed investment portfolio analysis.
- Undergoes investment operational duties.
- Monitors and reports entities credit rating information.
- Analyses and accordingly recommends changes in investment policies due to changing market conditions.
- Confirms all data collected from reputable sources and forecast other impact on each company future performance.
- Prepares necessary material (reports, presentations, brochures…etc) for management team
- Prepares business plans
- Prepares plans of action for investment based on financial analyses.
- Assembles spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer.
- Maintains knowledge and stays abreast of developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
- Monitors fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, and personal interviews.
- Presents reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.
- Extends help to team members in related/sister companies
- Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understands and solves problems; and communicate ideas and solutions to problems.
