About the Job
  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone)
  • Be a passionate advocate for customer and cooks while answering any questions that come your way
  • Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
  • Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to have us always in mind
  • Triage issues and escalate them when necessary

Work Conditions :

  • Working Hours: 8 working hours. 2 days off
  • Work Place : Maadi
  • Might need to work till 10pm
Job Requirements
  • Excellent Command on English Language is a MUST
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills in English and Arabic language. 
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
