With our specialty in full arranged packages of Hajj and Omra, we give our clients the ultimate experience. MAM-tours has 16 branches all over Egypt with trained and skilled staff to meet customer’s satisfaction.

 

What is the Role about?

The successful candidate assists the CEO and attends to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone, email and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

 

Your Duties:

PA Duties

  • Reading, monitoring and responding to CEO’s email and or phone calls;
  • Preparing correspondence on the CEO’s behalf,
  • Managing of the CEO’s agenda;
  • Planning and organizing meetings;
  • Organizing the CEO’s travel and preparing complex travel itineraries;
  • Preparing papers for meetings;
  • Taking notes and dictations during meetings;
  • Conducting research;
  • Typing documents.

Reception Duties

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls;
  • Provide correct information to callers;
  • Deal with basic queries from the public and customers;
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization;
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support;
  • Prepare correspondence and documents;
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings;
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment;
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area;
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • University degree;
  • Ideally c. 1 - 2 years' experience in similar field;
  • Fluency of both written and spoken English;
  • Exceptionally high levels of self-motivation, flexibility and efficiency;
  • Smart and presentable appearance.

A big PLUS if you:

  • Have experience in the travel industry
