Job Requirements
The Telemarketing Executive must be aware of all promotional vendor programs and assigned customer lists to engage with all pertinent teams and execute the assigned outbound calling activities as per the scope assigned (vendor surveys, greeting new customers, customer profiling, marketing campaign execution, etc.).

Job Qualifications :
- 1+ years of customer facing experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in English and/or other foreign languages; both written and verbal at B2/C1 level
- Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
- Understanding of IT/distribution industry is an advantage
- Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
- Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
- Effective time management skills
- Multi-task and respond to rapid change
- Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
