Job Description
- Minimize overall production costs by maximizing productivity.
- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow-
- Validation of Work Orders and printing the raw materials Sheet
- Receiving raw materials needed for the production shift
- Delivery of the Finished Products to the finished products warehouse
- Prepare Work Order Schedule for the Shift .
- Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed
- Develop a true team spirit and work in partnership with colleagues
- Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions
- Ensure the performance of the department at its best level, in order to reach the plant’s performance target
- Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology
Job Requirements
- Excellent Command of English
- Working under Pressure
- Computer Skills: AutoCad , SolidWorks & Microsoft Office
