Job Description
- As a manager of a branch, you are responsible for how the pharmacy runs, both in the dispensary and in the retail area, with holding any operational obstacles and problems.
- Make sure that the staff follows all standard operating procedures, and that our pharmacy is fully compliant with all health and safety regulations and adheres to our company’s policies, promotions and incentives.
- Making sure that staff are trained to the appropriate level for their job description, which is one of your responsibilities to help staff with their learning about over-the-counter products so that they understand all the important questions to ask and why, and when they would need to refer to you as a manager or involve you in on any unsolved or critical client needs.
