Job Description
- Support the Head of Learning & Development in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy to the company's clients
- Identify development needs, design, create solutions to the clients.
- Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all the clients L&D activities.
- Enhance and develop the company's core training courses
- Design all the instructional design materials
- Conduct Researches to Update all the learning and training materials
Job Requirements
- Experience In Learning and Development Industry is a Must
- Fluent in English
- Ability to creative Learning and Training Ideas
- Skillful in Research and surveys designs
