Previous experience with ECM software is not a requirement for the position. However, candidate is expected to be smart, organized, problem-solver, good communicator, and willing to learn, with basic experience as a support engineer.

- Training and presentation skills
- Tutorial-writing skills
- Experience with ECM and/or Document Management software is a plus
- Experience with Linux servers, web applications environments is a plus
- Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work
