About the Job

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the operational activities of freight forwarding for the branch.
  • Building and developing freight forwarding business.
  • Provide coaching and support to all staff.
  • Leading sales department to achieve the set sales target.
  • Provide operational direction to staff.
  • Be in charge of finance of the branch.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Pro actively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Job Requirements
  • Have good relationships with shipping lines, agency, good knowledge in logistics business (warehousing / inland-transporting market, relationship with trucking contractors, customs declaration)
  • Good communication and building relationship
  • Excellent business development mindset
  • Presentable
  • Hard worker
  • Leadership skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Customs clearance experience is a must
