Job Description
- Facilitate smooth clients flow and services by greeting, scheduling and checking patients in and out.
- Handling all the administration work in the clinic.
- Receive, Direct and Reply telephone messages to/from patients toward administration and medical staff
- Follow up with clients and answering their questions & handling their requests in the clinic and over the phone
