Job Description

  • Study and analyze the real estate market.
  • Searching and hunting for new clients who could benefit from our properties.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Managing and interpreting customer budget and requirements.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Administering client accounts through CRM.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Preparing reports for head office.
  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Making powerful presentations and demonstrating how our properties fully fill client needs (corporates/individuals).
  • Providing pre-sales support and activities.
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Participate in exhibitions and any real estate events.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
