Job Description

  • Receiving incoming calls and distribute them to requested extensions.
  • Receiving faxes and distribute them to whom it may concerns.
  • Responsible for filing all Head Office related documents.
  • Welcoming visitor and handle their needs.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Good Computer Skills as basic Microsoft office user.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
