- Receiving incoming calls and distribute them to requested extensions.
- Receiving faxes and distribute them to whom it may concerns.
- Responsible for filing all Head Office related documents.
- Welcoming visitor and handle their needs.
Job Requirements
- Relevant university degree.
- Good Computer Skills as basic Microsoft office user.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Very Good command of English Language (writing –understanding).
- Same Experience will be an asset.
