Job Description
- Provide customers with detailed vacation plans, either ready made packages or customized packages upon customer’s request.
- Searching for Supplier’s best rate.
- Negotiate customized packages with customers and finalize the offer after registering all related information in its quotation file.
- Prepare all hotel reservation and follow up its time limit and cancellation policies.Receive and handle customers’ complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc...
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Excellent English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- 1-3 same previous outbound experience.
- Ability to travel is an asset.
