Job Description
- Process financial transactions, perform special projects, and respond to data requests from other departments, auditors, and governmental agencies.
- Responsible for general accounting functions, completion and maintenance of general ledgers and financial reports, payroll and accounts payable processing and review.
- Administer cash payments, expenses and petty cash reconciliation.
- Help manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Examine job of staff accountant and approve journal ledger for data entry.
- Help outside auditor in doing audit process.
- Coordinate in all aspects of monthly closings and financial reporting.
- Prepared Balance Sheet, reconciliation statements including inventory.
- Process accounts payable entries.
- Assist in company accounting reconciliations.
- Keep track of petty cash accounts.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 Years of Experience
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- System oriented.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Team player.
- Expert in Auditing and taxation.
- Accuracy in learning Accounting concepts & taxes Law.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Have also got certification and expertise in Financial Accounting & taxes Law.
- Good communication skills with tax authority.
