Job Description

  • Process financial transactions, perform special projects, and respond to data requests from other departments, auditors, and governmental agencies.
  • Responsible for general accounting functions, completion and maintenance of general ledgers and financial reports, payroll and accounts payable processing and review.
  • Administer cash payments, expenses and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Help manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Examine job of staff accountant and approve journal ledger for data entry.
  • Help outside auditor in doing audit process.
  • Coordinate in all aspects of monthly closings and financial reporting.
  • Prepared Balance Sheet, reconciliation statements including inventory.
  • Process accounts payable entries.
  • Assist in company accounting reconciliations.
  • Keep track of petty cash accounts.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 Years of Experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • System oriented.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Team player.
  • Expert in Auditing and taxation.
  • Accuracy in learning Accounting concepts & taxes Law.
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Have also got certification and expertise in Financial Accounting & taxes Law.
  • Good communication skills with tax authority.
