Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage a telesales department selling printing products especially Xerox Machine, consumables and paper) & It products
- Manage, monitor and supervise the Two Telesales Team of twelve professionals each.
- Training the teams to work as professional telesales developing tactics to improve telesales performance.
- Establish appropriate forms for the telesales team: offers, orders, team structure, and customer’s record.
- Interview calibers to select & recruit calibers to be trained & hired as telesales.
- Assign sales territory for each telesales, as well as setting the monthly & yearly budget of the team.
- Maintain contact with prospects in big companies, organizations & Major Accounts to ensure proper channels of communication with Telesales Team.
- Monitor the telesales calls & follow up results to meet with targeted budget set for each.
- Update sales forecasts according to each telesales abilities & prospect base to transfer it to a supply demand order from the company’s suppliers.
- Appraise each telesales by the end of the quarter.
- Handle prospects of Major Companies & Corporations.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by the team to determine Telesales potential growth in the

- Have a telesales experience as a team leader in a printing hardware company or in an IT Hardware company.
- Have a solid experience analyzing telesales statistics.
